Soufun Holding Limited 于2010年6月4日在开曼群岛注册成立，为SOUSUO的母公司及根据开曼群岛法律成立的持股公司。Soufun Holdings Limited主要业务在于通过其旗下子公司进行住宅房地产的买卖、租赁及管理，以及提供与房屋相关的互联网信息服务。于2010年9月30日，该公司拥有587.9百万平方尺的土地储备。该公司亦涉足商业房地产领域，并已投资一个位于北京的写字楼及两个位于沈阳的商业地产项目。 Soufun’s principal business comprises the purchase， development and sale of residential real estate properties as well as rent and property management in the PRC; it also provides internet-based information services for the housing sector to its customers. As at 30 September 2010，the Group owned a land bank with an aggregate floor space of approximately 587.9 million square feet. The Group has expanded into the commercial real estate market by investing in two office buildings in Beijing and three commercial projects in Shenyang.
